Mondays = Mountain Climber Mondays
Tuesdays = Tricep Dip Tuesdays
Wednesdays = Wall Sit Wednesdays
Thursdays = Tricep Push-Up and Push-Up Thursdays
Friday = Front Lunges Fridays
Saturdays = Sumo Burpee and Squat Saturdays
Sundays = Rest or Snooze Sundays
